Our project management includes planning, coordinating, and implementing our joint customer projects.
We verify the technical feasibility, together with you find an economically optimized solution for the optical system, if needed, have the best additional partners and suppliers for mechanical components to work on your behalf, and will monitor and manage the individual development and sampling steps for the first functional samples, prototypes, and A/B/C samples during the project through trial production. We make sure that the project is supplied with the latest information and has the best communication and will assess risks as the project progresses for the entire project environment of your optics, and will find solutions for improvements.
